back from holiday

hello all,

it's nice saying that, knowing that no-one at all is reading this blog... Anyway, I'm back, after this fabulous "holiday" ie not being able to type because I broke my wrist. But I can now, and we all must suffer because of it.

Things I am happy about today:
1. I'm going to the beach after work
2. I'm planning on ditching work early
3. I'm secretly blogging on work time, therefore am being paid to fuck around
4. it's sunny, warm and I painted my toenails last night

Things I am not happy about (Generally):
1. papa razi. Last thing we need right now is another ultraconservative gay-bashing mysoginist in a position of power.
2. this weekend isn't a long weekend
3. it's not 5 yet.

so really, things aren't too bad these days. I get to work on our new house, and be in the garden (now that all the reno garbage is gone! yay!), and have nice sunny evenings with gin and tonics. just like I always aimed for...

yup, now that summer's on it's way things are looking up. I'm sure on monday morning I'll be singing a different tune, but for now be happy I'm not complaining all over the place...
